I've played FNAF so much and have gotten jump scared for God knows how many times that I'm basically immune to jump scares now... Unless I totally don't see them coming... XD
If there are people out there looking for a creepypasta connected to FNAF, seriously search up the lore behind the game. The theories (mostly unconfirmed but still very engaging) are so well thought through and give just an extra level to the creepiness behind the game. A personal favourite of mine is the videos done by Game Theorist. You might need to watch through them a few times for it to all sink in but it's well worth it.
Im sorry but this game was horsesh*t... It wasn't any good and relies on jumpscares to well. Jumpscare you. It's not fun to play you but you play it because others play it. I've beaten all but the 4th (Believe me the difficulty is relentless) and I can safely say that none of them are fun in any way. I beat them well... Because everyone else was playing it, so obviously I wanted to beat it. But getting there sucked. Games like F.E.A.R. are a good example of Horror games that want you to keep playing. The gameplay is addicting, the scares are genuine, and the overall fear factor is actually pretty great for a 2005 game. FNAF is a game you play just to be a cool kid basically. Not because it's fun. (BECAUSE BELIEVE ME THEY SUCK) You have no incentive to want to play either. The ending is not satisfying, the entire game is a waste of time. Even the lore is boring to hear! I want either a new sequel to F.E.A.R. that's actually scary (suck my D f.3.a.r.) or Dead Space 4 set up like the first.
I honestly don't care what people say about it, I play it just to keep my multitasking sharp
